Menopause & Women's Health Education Sessions
Family Planning NSW-Hunter conducts Menopause and Women's Health education sessions providing women with the latest research on stages of menopause, management options, signs and symptoms, and other issues such as diet, bone health and relationships.
These small groups (with a maximum of 10 participants) are held Thursdays 6-9pm, every three months at the Hunter Family Planning Centre. Supper is provided and bookings are essential.
