Healthline welcomes questions from people from different backgrounds, religions, ages and sexual orientation, especially for those who have difficulty in finding appropriate health services.
Healthline can assist health professionals seeking the latest information on contraception, pregnancy and sexual health.
Our experienced nurses are available to answer such questions in a friendly, empathic and supportive manner.
Healthline staff may only respond to questions about contraceptive, reproductive and sexual health. For questions about other health matters you will be referred to other service providers.
Healthline provides generalised information on a confidential basis. Some personal details are requested for quality management purposes. Information provided by Healthline should not be considered specific medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a second opinion. Individuals raising matters requiring personalised clinical advice may be asked to register as a client of FPNSW.
Healthline is a confidential service, however if you are under 16 years old we are required by law to notify the relevant authorities if we believe you are at risk of harming yourself, at risk of harming someone else, or if you are at risk of harm or neglect including sexual assault. Where possible, we will discuss our concerns with you openly.
