The health promotion team develops resources for:

  • Young people;
  • People with a disability;
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities;
  • Culturally and linguistically diverse communities (CALD);
  • People living with HIV/AIDS and
  • People from the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and intersex communities

Our resources are useful for parents, students, health professionals, teachers and other educators working with these target groups.

Some resources are available free of charge upon request (excluding postage), while others are available for purchase through Healthrites Bookshop. Quantity limits apply to free resources.

Use the ‘SORT BY' function at the top of this page to select health promotion resources by audience or topic.
