Family Planning NSW is committed to protect your personal information and is subject to the legislation of both the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of NSW.

You will be asked for personal information if you apply for a position, enquire about a training course, order a book from Healthrites, subscribe to an email list or make other enquires.  In line with privacy legislation, any information collected will be:

  • used for the purpose for which you have provided it 
  • held for only as long as necessary 
  • held securely 
  • not disclosed to any other organisation without your approval, unless it is required by law. 

You may access personal information that we hold about you, and you can also ask us to correct personal information we hold about you.
