Healthline is the Family Planning NSW phone and e-mail information and advisory service. Our experienced nurses are available to answer your reproductive and sexual health questions from A to Z.

Healthline provides telephone and email access for people who may have difficulty in reaching reproductive and sexual health services, and welcomes calls and emails from all people of different cultural backgrounds, religions, ages and sexual orientation.

Healthline staff provide callers with information, advice and options across a wide range of sexual and reproductive health issues. This is done in a friendly, empathic and supportive manner.

Your call to Healthline is completely confidential. Any details requested are collected for general tracking purposes and no person calling Healthline can ever be identified from the information that is collected.

The Healthline service is also a useful resource for health professionals requiring the latest sexual and reproductive health information. Health professionals can also refer people to Healthline.

The Healthline phone service is located in Sydney and is open Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm. Call Healthline on 1300 658 886 for the cost of a local call within NSW (cost may be higher from mobiles), or TTY for deaf 02 8752 4360.
