The Nitty Gritty is a practical course for youth workers and others supporting young people. It offers information, tools, and strategies to help you talk about relationships, sexuality, and sexual health - especially with groups at higher risk of poor outcomes.
You’ll learn about:
- Consent and communication
- STIs and contraception
- Inclusive approaches for working with young people at risk.
